IDENTIFICATION

By taking the time to identify risks and assess hazards we can take preventative action and make any alterations required to allow us to complete our tasks without incidence. This includes monthly safety meetings, field level risk assessments and toolbox talks, and recognizing unsafe practices in the workspace.

MITIGATION

If unsafe activity or circumstances are noted we seek to correct them immediately. With the problem identified the solution is attainable, and with proper personal protective equipment, training through registered programs, and a devotion to going above and beyond requirements, we believe that all threats should be neutralized.

COMPREHENSIVE REVIEWING

Whether incidence occur or not, reviewing on a regular basis is crucial to evolving and overcoming any concerns for our future. This is done through daily contact and feedback with employees, monthly safety meetings to log questions or recognize liabilities, near miss reporting, and a transparent outlook with WCB and related authorities.

It is in the best interest of management, employees, the public and relative authorities that we continue to exemplify how companies should operate. Offering safe comfortable employment is paramount and Tykon seeks to cultivate this principle into our culture and our industry.
